National Volunteers' Week - Volunteer Event - BBQ

This week is National Volunteers' Week and offers a chance to say thank you for the fantastic contribution our volunteers make to North Lakes Foodbank every week of the year.

We held a very successful 'bring and share' BBQ yesterday at our Cockermouth warehouse attended by over 70 people. It was a chance for those volunteers across the districts of Allerdale and Copeland to meet and chat.

The poor weather did nothing to dampen our spirits!
