MORE THAN FOOD - Cooking and Advice Sessions

We've cooked them all and they are mighty tasty!

Thanks to a grant from Asda, North Lakes Foodbank and Citizens Advice will be providing cooking demonstrations and advice sessions over the 6 weeks of the school summer holidays at the following locations:

Whitehaven – Mondays – 12pm (Final week is on the Thursday due to Bank Holiday)

Maryport – Tuesdays – 12.30pm

Workington – Fridays – 12.30pm

Dates: Week Commencing:

· Monday 22nd July - This week we will be cooking corned beef hash at each centre

· Monday 29th July

· Monday 5th August

· Monday 12th August

· Monday 19th August

· Tuesday 27th August (Bank holiday Monday)

Sessions will be limited to a maximum of 8 people and last approximately 30-40 minutes.

There will be the chance to eat what you cook!
